Why Work With Us
Litigation-Minded Partner
With over 40 years of global experience, including $70M+ in recoveries across 25 countries and multiple lawyers on our staff, we understand that evidence is only part of the equation. We build leverage: intelligence that informs injunctions, timelines that shape pleadings, and documentation that stands up across multiple jurisdictions.
Fast and Forensic
We deploy quickly, investigate discreetly, and deliver results that change the trajectory of litigation. Whether you’re building leverage or defending a position, we provide facts that hold.
Regional Reach. Local Execution.
We operate across Mexico, Central America, and the wider Latin region—deploying trusted field teams, notaries, and legal professionals on the ground. Our Mexican operations are backed by teams in Auckland, New York, and Brussels.
Expert-Led and Courtroom-Ready
Our team includes two investigating barristers, investigative lawyers, forensic accountants, certified translators, and licensed PIs—each with deep experience in litigation, arbitration, and cross-border enforcement.
Clear. Compliant. Admissible.
From device imaging and data extraction to bilingual affidavits and notarial coordination, we ensure all outputs are legally compliant and admissible in both civil- and criminal law forums.
