Litigation Support Backed by Investigating Lawyers.
Warden Consulting supports high-stakes litigation, arbitration, and regulatory disputes across Latin America. We are investigative lawyers—combining legal strategy, field operations, forensic accounting, and cyber intelligence to deliver admissible evidence, expert analysis, and strategic insight.
We are built to support litigation, from the earliest stages of investigation through to witness preparation, evidence presentation, and post-resolution enforcement.
Typical deliverables include sworn statements, bilingual interview memoranda, exhibit bundles, fund-flow diagrams, evidence logs, and chain-of-custody documentation.

Case Studies
Cyber Fraud Recovery — $1.6M USD Cross-Border Investigation
A European industrial services company fell victim to a phishing fraud scheme that redirected over $1.6M USD to an account in Mexico. Warden was engaged to verify internal findings, trace recipients, and recover funds. We uncovered the front company and its primary shareholder, conducted surveillance, used undercover approaches, and coordinated with legal teams and Mexican authorities—ultimately enabling a successful recovery.
Cross-Border Witness Location & Interview — Yucatán
Retained by a U.S. law firm, we located and secured testimony from a key witness in rural Yucatán in a complex civil matter. Following a successful skip trace and field verification, we conducted an in-person interview with certified translation, notarial certification, and apostille for full U.S. court admissibility. The resulting testimony played a key role in securing a favorable financial outcome for the client.
Forensic Loan Review for U.S. Client – Mexico-Based Real Estate Group
A U.S. client suspected irregularities in a Mexico City real estate group. We performed a forensic audit that uncovered inflated invoices, unauthorized third-party transfers, and governance failures. A deeper dive into intra-group loans revealed discrepancies in capital flow, interest treatment, and regulatory reporting. The client resolved the case successfully and initiated further recovery.
Internal Fraud Investigation – Billion-Dollar Cell Phone Company
A major Chinese cellphone manufacturer engaged Warden to investigate internal fraud involving a former employee. We conducted multilingual informant interviews, data reviews, and property checks—working with internal counsel under strict confidentiality. The resulting report identified implicated parties and helped the client take decisive legal and employment action.
