We pride ourselves in providing a level of security service that sets the industry standard for excellence. We always strive to exceed our client’s expectations, and have been successful in achieving this for the following reasons:
Over the last eight years we have developed a unique approach to uniform security, utilising professionally trained personnel delivering a fundamentally different level of service from a traditional guarding service.
This approach has proven very effective in mitigating loss and meeting clients’ needs. The approach is client-driven and risk models are developed to address the particular concerns. The personnel utilised are ex-police or sourced from upper echelon security personnel such as SOE’s, Aviation Industry, Corporate environments and the Casino industry.
Tasks undertaken by our uniform consultants in a general sense are as follows.

Training
We adopt a specialist training process which involves ensuring our personnel adopt an investigative approach to their consultant role. We require a client/customer driven focus, an ability to use discretion as appropriate, and to make informed judgment calls about steps to be taken. Our personnel in many instances are the immediate face of your organisation and are required to act appropriately.
We ensure initially however with respect to our staff that they are carefully screened and have the appropriate skill levels. We then superimpose our ethos across the top of their basic skill sets.
Prior to deployment, in conjunction with you, site safety and induction training will be undertaken. The overall performance of each staff member will be monitored on a continuing basis. Supervision and “health checks” are undertaken by management including our National Uniform Operations Manager, Craig Reiche.
Operations Manual
The company maintains an Operations Manual which sets out all the procedures to which our consultants must adhere. This ensures continuity of approach from our perspective and sets parameters in terms of conduct.
Our staff are all conversant with Health and Safety requirements, security related legal provisions, relevant employment law and the applicable common law such as entrapment..
