Quotations
We offer a free consultation service to help determine your exact security needs and put together detailed quotations that offer choices according to services required and budget. The strategic performance of the company rests on the transparency given to the customers in the format of detailed proposals with options and additional equipment, giving the customer the choice to increase or decrease certain elements of a proposal.
Installation
We perform installation work using factory trained and experienced technicians and sub-contractors. Projects undertaken are allocated to a specific project manager who is responsible for the project from conception to handover. The organisation makes use of external companies where required, in order to deal with projects of a larger nature where additional resources are required. These companies would typically be professional consulting firms that are experts in their respective fields. Examples of these fields include but are not limited to:

* Structured Cabling (including data & fibre optics)
* Electric Fencing
Maintenance & Servicing
Qualified technicians are used to respond to specific projects with the necessary tools and van stock to attend to a fault. Should the system require additional parts, these would be obtained within the shortest time possible. The organisation prides itself on the in-depth knowledge of its product base with central documentation for each project undertaken.
Training
All employees and approved sub-contractors are factory trained and experienced in their related field of endeavour. Well versed in the systems we instal, we can provide the end user with simple and effective training so that using the systems installed is simple.
Quality Assurance
The organisations' operations are carried out in accordance with internal quality control procedures and proven methodology allowing for consistent performance and rapid retrieval of information. Where required, we enlist the use of 3rd party independent consultants to perform and report on quality assurance.
Manuals and “As-Built” Documentation
We are experienced in providing high calibre documentation. Where necessary, we employ the use of documentation specialists and expert draftsmen to produce final professional manuals, drawings and specialised instructions.
Technical & Project Management
We take pride in our ability to design projects from conception to “as built” status making use of established project management principles as well as CAD capabilities. Designs range from equipment layouts to detailed schematics. The organisation will employ qualified contract design staff dependant on workload and project requirements.
Our approach to all major projects is to evaluate the scope of a project and establish the time and resources necessary to complete the project successfully.
