Service Philosophy
Our approach is designed to meet your specific requirements, assist the efficient running of the business and to maintain a highly visible presence designed to protect both property and personnel.
Our personnel possess the requisite licences pursuant to Security legislation.
Due to the background of our personnel they have a good rapport with staff but are assertive when required. We are careful that a respectful relationship exists between our personnel and staff but that this does not translate into undue familiarity.
Reporting
We prepare an incident log which is detailed as to its contents. We can provide the log on a daily basis with weekly reports covering the salient points and any recommendations. We will supply a dedicated laptop for our personnel to prepare logs and email to our base for subsequent sending to you and any other nominated persons.
With respect to the statistics which you require we would in consultation with you, establish what information you wish us to gather. We would as a matter of course maintain statistics on such matters as customer interface, incidents of damage or loss, staff attendances, suspicious vehicles/persons etc.
This analytical aspect in terms of interactions can border upon business intelligence for you in terms of how the operation is functioning overall. The primary objective of this reporting system is to monitor performance both from your perspective and for us internally.
Risk Analysis
We will also maintain a database of incidents occurring on your sites, persons and vehicles of interest and suspicious activity. This produces a historical breakdown over time of the entire security position.
We also as a matter of course maintain a watching brief on international and regional terrorism trends. This may on occasion extend to liaison with the police intelligence and threat assessment units.
