This course is designed to make people more aware of the danger theft poses to any organisation, and what can be done to prevent it, or how to deal with it once discovered. Emphasis is placed on removing the opportunity.
Dealing With an Armed Robbery
A course on how to survive an armed Robbery.
Background
• Serious crimes (like robbery) are on the increase in New Zealand.
• Robbery threatens human safety, and weakens any business (through losses).
• Robbery can be reduced if sensible precautions are taken
• Escaping unharmed will increase if the correct behaviour is adopted.
• Employers have both a legal and moral obligation towards the safety of their staff.
Conflict Resolution
A course for people within organisations who interact in situations where there is a propensity for disagreement.
Background
• This course is designed to build sound human-relations in tense or awkward situations
• Better human-relations will result in better outcomes for a variety of situations.
Personal Safety
A course on how to survive and/or to avoid a physical attack. This will be targeted primarily at women.
