Wardens Confidentiality Promise
1. All communications between Warden Consulting Ltd and the client are privileged and will not be disseminated.
2. All information obtained during the course of an investigation is privileged and will not be disseminated.
3. If multiple investigators are used in the course of the investigation then case information will not be released to them until permission is obtained from the client.
4. Any second investigator or subcontractor used in the course of an investigation will be informed they are not to disseminate any case information without permission.
