Drugscene is a wholly owned subsidiary of Warden Consulting Ltd which specialises in drug education and providing training and consultancy services.

Drugscene delivers fact‐based drug education. We provide factual and relevant
information on the health effects and social consequences of drug use. All training has a strong focus on health and safety. We ensure participants are aware of risks associated with illegal drugs and have the knowledge and skills to effectively deal with a range of situations.
Drug Awareness Training is delivered by Cam Stokes. Cam was in the police for 18 years (1985 to 2003) including 12 years in the Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB). Cam worked on the Auckland Drug Squad, the Organised Crime Unit and the Criminal Intelligence Section. His last position was the Detective Sergeant in charge of the Auckland Motorcycle Gang Unit.
Cam is an expert on illegal drugs and has extensive knowledge about the Kiwi
underworld. He has given evidence in many major drug trials since 1994 and was the
first person in New Zealand to give expert evidence about “P”. Cam is the author of
“The Devils Are Here”, a novel about a New Zealand motorcycle gang. It was released in
September 2008 and spent four weeks in the top five bestsellers for New Zealand
fiction.
