In particular, our Managing Director has a rich exposure to cross-border crime and international legal firms through the investigation and recovery of funds following international boiler room operations.

From the very outset of our relationship with Mark van Leewarden he has been persistent, diligent, entirely ethical and fast-moving. In the early stages of the substantial fraud that he was pursuing on our behalf, he travelled to the USA and Europe, pursuing all leads as they arose.
His swift action in the early stages after the fraud was discovered was instrumental in freezing funds that might otherwise have been spirited away out of our reach.
He demonstrated great ability in gaining access to law enforcement officials and being able to deal with lawyers and law firms in Australia, USA and Europe.
