Warden Consulting is an investigation, security, covert operations and fraud management agency incorporated in 1995 in Auckland, New Zealand.

The company provides services both domestically and internationally to multinational corporates, law firms and state owned enterprises.

Personnel retained possess over 150 years worth of combined police and private sector investigation experience. 
 
The company maintains its base in Auckland and operates worldwide.

Brent King (Chairman)


brent_king2_small.jpgBrent King is the founder of Viking Capital and until recently the Managing Director of the Dorchester Group of companies.  Brent holds a number of public and private directorships including being a Director of 42 Below Ltd, Charlie's Group Limited and Finzsoft Limited. He is also the Chairman of Directors of Auckland Cricket Association. Brent has more than 20 years experience in financial, investment banking, underwriting, capital raising and accounting areas and has assisted a number of public and private companies.

Mark van Leewarden (Managing Director)


MVL_photo_B_W_1.jpgMark van Leewarden is a former Police Detective and holds an Honours Degree in Law from Canterbury University.   He is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Barrister of the High Court of New Zealand.  He is also a member of the American Society of Industrial Security and has completed a research paper on the regulation of the investigation industry worldwide.  He has been involved in fraud investigation and consultancy activity for the past 20 years.
